Preconstruction Manager

• Review and validate project schedules for constructability and feasibility
• Support development of phasing plans, logistics strategies, and installation approaches

• Coordinate with procurement team on long-lead equipment and vendor strategy
• Evaluate material lead times, storage requirements, and delivery constraints
• Assist in developing equipment and rental strategies aligned with schedule and manpower

• Review RFP, IFP, and IFC documents for scope completeness and risk exposure
• Support RFI development and response tracking
• Assist in reconciliation between bid and issued construction documents

• Lead preconstruction-to-operations handoff process
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings with PMO, field, and support teams

• Assist project teams in early-stage execution planning, including: Staffing plans 30-60-90-day Project Team milestones QA/QC and commissioning strategy Billing projections and cash flow considerations

This position's work environment is On-site, remote, or hybrid.

Travel to specific project sites will be required.

Travel is minimal, primarily to meet key clients or attend critical onsite meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field experience
• 10+ years in estimating, preconstruction, or project management, with extensive electrical construction experience
• Experience with large-scale electrical projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and negotiation
