As a PreSales Solutions Consultant, you will be in a customer-facing role, and be responsible for helping both developers and non-technical users make the best use of our platform. You will also help manage and prioritize prospect/customer queries and follow through with the execution and resolution of any production incidents.
You will partner with our Engineering, GTM teams and other cross-functional teams to provide the highest level of assistance and be a subject-matter expert to our clients around the world, particularly in India, the largest WhatsApp market. This role will be supporting the US timezone (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST).
As a Presales Solutions Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include
Conducting product demonstrations for prospects, outlining various use cases and potential solutions
Documenting API integrations and solutions for internal and external stakeholders
Developing new use cases and turnkey solutions to aid sales and drive customer adoption
Communicating insights and aiding the product team in developing native integrations and product improvements
Managing and prioritizing prospect and customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
