As the technical subject matter expert for the ANZ market, you will:
Partner with Sales on complex opportunities across the Tes portfolio.
Lead technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations and customer workshops.
Support tenders, RFPs and procurement processes.
Design and articulate solution architectures across cloud, hybrid and integrated environments.
Advise customers on integrations, APIs, identity management, security and infrastructure considerations.
Create technical sales collateral, enablement resources and proof-of-concept materials.
Provide technical coaching and support to Sales and Customer Success teams.
Capture customer requirements and market insights to inform Product and Technology teams.
Build trusted relationships with school IT leaders, business managers and executive stakeholders across the ANZ region.
5+ years' experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer or Technical Consulting role.
Experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales opportunities from discovery through to close.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, integrations and SSO/SAML.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience collaborating across commercial and technical teams.
A self-directed approach and the ability to operate effectively across a distributed ANZ territory.

Experience within the K–12 education sector or broader EdTech industry.
