Role Overview
A Saudi group active in smart spaces solutions is hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer for AV solutions.
The role reports to a Sales Manager and supports account penetration through products and services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver customer training and technical presentations.
- Act as an escalation contact for team members.
- Conduct account reviews and regional sales planning meetings.
- Assess customer needs and determine system requirements and solution designs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the sales team.
- Assist with proof-of-concept design, implementation, and documentation.
- Answer customer technical questions through live chat.
- Create RFP and RFI responses.
- Support account managers by translating customer technical challenges into solutions.
- Travel with field account managers to sales opportunities, partner training, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in audio-visual systems as a pre-sales engineer.
- Ability to articulate requirements and expectations clearly and assertively.
- Results and performance orientation.
- Sound references and demonstrable core professional ethics.
- Comfort working in a collaborative environment.
- Structured thinking and communication skills.
- Ownership and commitment to driving work to completion.
Travel and Field Work
- The role includes travel to various locations, customer sales opportunities, partner training, and trade shows.
