- Draft, design, and deliver end to end pre sales proposals (technical & financial) in response to RFPs, RFIs, and client inquiries in Arabic and English
- Build pricing structures, cost breakdowns, ROI analysis, and commercial terms within proposals
- Partner with relevant teams to gather inputs and align on proposal strategy
- Maintain proposal templates and best practices for efficiency and consistency
- Create high impact PowerPoint presentations and proposal decks
- Transform technical data into structured, easy to understand proposal sections
- Ensure all proposals comply with legal, regulatory and brand standards before submission
- Participate in client calls to discover and capture requirements and tailor proposal content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal preparation, including both technical and financial proposals
- Strong experience in cost estimation and pricing analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills in Arabic (must) and English
- Collaborative and has strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal preparation, including both technical and financial proposals.
- Strong experience in cost estimation and pricing analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills in Arabic (must) and English.
- Collaborative and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with educational institutions or training organizations is advantageous.
- Working previously in the Saudi market is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in B2G and B2B sales support.
- Certification in proposal management (e.g., APMP) is a plus.
