Role Description
- This is an on site internship role for a Pre Sales Associate based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Pre Sales Associate will support the sales team by engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and qualifying leads through calls, messages, and in person interactions.
- Daily responsibilities include assisting with property presentations, preparing basic sales materials, updating customer and lead information in CRM tools, and coordinating follow ups and appointments for senior team members.
- The role also involves conducting preliminary market research, gathering competitive insights, and helping create proposal documents or presentations.
- The Pre Sales Associate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience and accurate information flow.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in speaking with prospective clients in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
- Basic understanding of or interest in real estate, property markets, and customer relationship management.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, email platforms, and presentation software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct simple market research and summarize key findings for the sales team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client focused attitude.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively in a fast paced team environment.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required; recent graduates and students are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the local market are an advantage.
