Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Pre Sales Associate based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Pre Sales Associate will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and assisting with initial client interactions.

Day-to-day activities include researching properties and market trends, preparing basic sales presentations or pitch materials, and helping respond to client inquiries.

The role also involves maintaining accurate lead and client information in internal systems, coordinating with senior sales representatives for property viewings, and supporting follow-up activities.

The intern will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth pre-sales process and a positive experience for prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of or interest in real estate, property markets, or investment concepts, especially in residential and commercial sectors.
  • Solid research and analytical abilities to gather, organize, and interpret market and client data.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or data-entry systems) and comfort learning new digital tools.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset when working with sales and marketing teams.
  • Relevant academic background or ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage, especially in a multicultural environment like Dubai.
