Practice Development Facilitator

You will:

Design and deliver engaging inductions, workshops and learning sessions

Coach and mentor colleagues to develop confidence, capability and professional practice

Facilitate reflective practice and team learning sessions

Support colleagues with performance development and career progression

Work closely with managers and workplace mentors to provide effective ongoing support

Observe practice and provide constructive, supportive feedback

Evaluate the impact of learning through audits, feedback and observation

Identify learning needs and develop practical interventions that improve service quality

Promote safe, inclusive and values-led learning environments

Travel to other Belong locations when required to support organisational learning priorities
