You will:
Design and deliver engaging inductions, workshops and learning sessions
Coach and mentor colleagues to develop confidence, capability and professional practice
Facilitate reflective practice and team learning sessions
Support colleagues with performance development and career progression
Work closely with managers and workplace mentors to provide effective ongoing support
Observe practice and provide constructive, supportive feedback

You will have:
Experience of coaching, mentoring or facilitating adult learning in care settings
Experience within health and social care or a similarly regulated environment
A strong understanding of reflective practice and performance development approaches
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams
A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification
A willingness to work towards a teaching, assessing or adult teaching qualification; holding one already is a plus
The flexibility to work across evenings and occasional weekends and travel between Belong locations when required
