Day Shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to 10:00pm Night Shifts: 10:00pm to 8:00am

As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of your household team, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating and supporting a team of Support Workers.
Managing and coordinating staff rotas.
Overseeing medication administration, ordering and auditing.
Maintaining and updating person-centred care plans.
Conducting supervisions and one-to-one meetings with colleagues.
Supporting the development and wellbeing of team members.
Promoting independence, dignity and choice for our customers.
Supporting individuals living with dementia and other age-related conditions.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Building positive relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals.

Experience working within an adult social care setting.

Ability to work the required shift pattern, including alternate weekends.
Experience supporting older people living with dementia.
Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or similar role.
