About the Role
Hayat School is seeking a PR & Registration Officer to manage student registration, maintain records, and support public relations. The role involves coordinating with teaching staff, handling inquiries, and performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize designs and schematic designs and model the design using 3D software
- Assist project team to coordinate with various parties and document discussions and project information
- Assist Architects on feasibility studies, site assessment and design
- Prepare presentations to client, consultants and authorities
- Familiarize on code compliance and prepare drawings for Authorities consultation and submissions
- Participate in design development and project coordination with Clients, Authorities and other consultants
- Support the team to prepare documents for calling of tenders, quotations
- Attend and document discussions with Client/Users/Project Managers/Authorities
- Assist with replies or approvals to contractors’ submissions/clarifications on time
- Prepare letters for project/design/contract related communications
- Document site progress, prepare and issue revised drawings to clients/consultants/contractors
- Accompany site team/senior architects during site inspections and document comments
Requirements
- Degree in architecture or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Software such as Revit, Autodesk, Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Adobe
- Team player who is positive, proactive and driven
- Meticulous and able to organize work effectively
- Candidates with relevant qualification but no prior experience are welcome to apply
