Role overview
Support the PR department with daily public relations activities across CHANEL's three divisions.
Work in a fast-paced luxury environment focused on storytelling and relationships with media and audiences.
PR responsibilities
- Monitor digital, social media, and print clippings daily.
- Complete monthly activity reports for all three divisions.
- Update the PR database daily to keep information current and accurate.
- Organize the PR stock room and library for access to press materials.
- Organize and distribute press kits and other PR materials.
- Respond to press requests about images, samples, pricing, and other information.
Events and shoots
- Assist with events through venue searches, RSVP management, hair and makeup coordination, and model selection.
- Manage samples for shoots across all three divisions using Fashion GPS.
- Provide special assistance for Watches & Fine Jewelry activities.
- Assist with coordinating special CHANEL shootings.
Press trips
- Support press-trip organization through restaurant reservations, destination research, and itinerary updates.
