- Review client tenders and site specifications to design temporary power setups, including load calculations, sizing of generators, synchronization, transformers, fuel systems, and distribution boards
- Oversee the availability, mobilization, and demobilization of the power generator rental fleet
- Ensure all rental assets undergo strict Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules post rental and pre delivery
- Lead the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of power systems on site
- Manage emergency breakdown responses and ensure minimal downtime for contractual rental agreements
- Ensure all installations adhere to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) guidelines, Aramco engineering standards, and local HCIS safety regulations
- Manage relationships with third party logistics providers for equipment transport, and source spare parts or specialized components
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a highly related technical field
- Minimum of 5–8 years of direct experience specifically within a Power Generator Rental company
- Strong familiarity with the KSA market conditions, logistics networks, and major industrial hubs
- Deep knowledge of major diesel engine brands (Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, etc.) and alternators
- Expertise in synchronization controllers (Deep Sea, ComAp, Woodward) and temporary power distribution
- Professional proficiency in English is required; bilingual capability (Arabic/English) is highly advantageous

Position Overview
- The Power Rental Solutions Manager will oversee the technical evaluation, fleet deployment, and engineering design for temporary power generation projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This role is responsible for converting client requirements (across construction, oil & gas, events, and infrastructure sectors) into reliable, cost effective temporary power solutions.
- The ideal candidate will manage the generator rental fleet lifecycle, lead a team of technicians, and support business development teams with technical bidding and pricing for major rental contracts.
Key Responsibilities: Solution Engineering & Costing
- Review client tenders and site specifications to design temporary power setups, including load calculations, sizing of generators, synchronization (multi megawatt packages), transformers, fuel systems, and distribution boards.
Key Responsibilities: Fleet & Asset Management
- Oversee the availability, mobilization, and demobilization of the power generator rental fleet (ranging from small 30 kVA units to large 1250+ kVA containers).
Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure all rental assets undergo strict Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules post rental and pre delivery to minimize breakdowns on client sites.
Key Responsibilities: Site Execution & Testing
- Lead the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of power systems on site. Manage emergency breakdown responses and ensure minimal downtime for contractual rental agreements.
Key Responsibilities: KSA Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all installations adhere to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) guidelines, Aramco engineering standards (where applicable), and local HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination
- Manage relationships with third party logistics providers for equipment transport, and source spare parts or specialized components locally or overseas.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of direct experience specifically within a Power Generator Rental company (e.g., global rental players or specialized local GCC/KSA equipment rental providers).
- Strong familiarity with the KSA market conditions, logistics networks, and major industrial hubs (Riyadh, Jeddah, Eastern Province, NEOM/Red Sea projects).
- Deep knowledge of major diesel engine brands (Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, etc.) and alternators.
- Expertise in synchronization controllers (Deep Sea, ComAp, Woodward) and temporary power distribution.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; bilingual capability (Arabic/English) is highly advantageous for coordinating with local site teams and subcontractors.
