Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in both Arabic and English
- Prepare, translate, and proofread letters, reports, presentations, and official documents
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Take minutes during executive meetings and follow up on action items
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, external clients, government entities, and stakeholders
- Handle bilingual correspondence and translate documents/communications as needed
- Schedule and coordinate management meetings, executive committee meetings, and corporate events and assemblies
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow up documentation
- Arrange logistics for visitors and official delegations
- Manage personal appointments, business trips, errands, and occasional personal tasks for the CEO as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and business matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C level executives
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent typing and translation skills in both languages
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Well groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor

Summary
