Summary

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO.
  • The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess strong professional presence, and have proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast paced business environment.
  • This role requires excellent judgment, the ability to manage confidential information, and the flexibility to handle both business and personal matters on behalf of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in both Arabic and English
  • Prepare, translate, and proofread letters, reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records
  • Take minutes during executive meetings and follow up on action items
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, external clients, government entities, and stakeholders
  • Handle bilingual correspondence and translate documents/communications as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate management meetings, executive committee meetings, and corporate events and assemblies
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow up documentation
  • Arrange logistics for visitors and official delegations
  • Manage personal appointments, business trips, errands, and occasional personal tasks for the CEO as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and business matters

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C level executives
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Excellent typing and translation skills in both languages
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Well groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
