- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide meaningful business insights
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and visualizations
- Support ongoing reporting enhancements and troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to improve reporting capabilities and data governance
Requirements
- Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and reporting best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders
- Valid EPIC Clarity Certification
- Previous experience within healthcare environments (preferred)
- Exposure to EPIC reporting and healthcare data ecosystems (preferred)
- Experience with data warehousing and enterprise reporting solutions (preferred)
