Overview
- We are hiring a Power BI Data Analyst to own the reporting and visualization layer across the business and help us build a reliable, scalable decision-support function.
- This is not a narrow dashboarding role.
- We need someone who can work across departments, understand business processes, connect data from multiple systems, and translate that into clear, trusted, and actionable reporting.
- The Power BI Data Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of reporting and business intelligence outputs, including:
- Integrating data from multiple business systems into usable reporting datasets
- Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for cross-functional teams
- Defining, documenting, and tracking business KPIs
- Supporting management reporting and operational performance reviews
- Improving data consistency, report usability, and reporting turnaround time
- Helping establish reporting standards, definitions, and governance discipline across departments
