- Design, develop, and maintain analytical reports, MIS dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI
- Perform data modeling including schema design, attributes, facts, and hierarchies
- Develop complex application objects including metrics, filters, groups, and consolidations
- Manage report scheduling, distribution, and performance tuning
- Perform Power BI administration activities: user/group management, role based access control, object level permissions
- Maintain a well organized security model with proper segregation of roles and responsibilities
- Conduct audit reporting
Requirements
- Experience with Power BI and SAP BI Tools
- Expertise with Power BI Fabric
- Strong SQL knowledge; PLSQL knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience with SAP Business Objects tool, including admin and migration approaches
- Experience in data modeling, schema design, attributes, facts, and hierarchies
- Ability to perform Power BI administration activities: user/group management, role based access control, object level permissions
- Experience with report scheduling, distribution, and performance tuning

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced BI / Analytics Reporting Specialist responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of analytical, MIS reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision making.
- The role requires strong expertise in Power BI and SAP BI Tools, along with database and reporting knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical reports, MIS dashboards, and data visualizations using the PowerBI platform to meet business requirements.
- Expertise with Power BI Fabric ensuring optimal use of platform capabilities is mandatory.
- Perform data modelling efficiently, including schema design, attributes, facts, and hierarchies.
- Develop complex application objects, including metrics, filters, groups and consolidations.
- Manage report scheduling, distribution, and performance tuning.
- Perform Power BI administration activities: user and group management, role based access control, object level permissions.
- Maintain a well organized security model across the organization with proper segregation of roles and responsibilities.
- Audit Reporting.
Requirements
- Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory. PLSQL knowledge will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Experience with SAP Business Objects tool is also mandatory, should be aware of admin and migration approaches.
- Exposure to or experience with AI driven features will be added advantage.
