Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Experience with dimensional modelling (e.g., star/snowflake schemas) and building reusable data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements, KPIs, and business needs
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity across all reporting systems
- Automate data processes and develop efficient data pipelines for reporting and analysis
- Support ongoing development of data governance, data standards, and best practices in reporting
Requirements
- Min. 3 5 years of experience working with Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server in a professional setting
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL scripting
- Power BI Certificate is Mandatory
- Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and performance tuning in Power BI
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
- Strong habits for maintaining clear, well organized documentation
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies

- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS Azure cloud data platforms is desirable.
- Working experience in Databricks will be considered an asset.
Job Details
- Location: Dubai, full time, long term employment contract, annually extended.
- Candidate should currently present in UAE with valid visa.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
- Probation: 6 months
