About the Role
Arab Poultry Breeders Co Ommat Group seeks a Poultry Production Site Manager to manage and operate a layer production site in Jeddah. Responsibilities include organizing workflow, supervising feeding and lighting programs, ensuring biosecurity, and achieving production targets.

Responsibilities
- Organize workflow within the site and ensure proper implementation of all operational procedures to achieve optimal production results
- Supervise lighting, feeding, and weight monitoring programs and ensure compliance with approved standards
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department and Feed Mill Department to secure site requirements, raw materials, and feeding needs
- Take responsibility for the safety of employees and equipment and maintain operational efficiency within the site
- Coordinate with the Welfare Department, Project Management, and rearing sites regarding flock transfer, receiving, and preparation processes to reduce losses
- Monitor egg collection, grading, and disinfection procedures and ensure achievement of targeted fertility rates
- Ensure the implementation of biosecurity and quality procedures within the site
- Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to the relevant department
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards and ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Standards

Job Purpose
