Role Overview
- Seeking a professional field leader to manage hatchery operations efficiently while ensuring highest standards of biosecurity and quality.
- Responsible for achieving optimal hatch results and chick quality, developing the team, and adhering to international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of hatchery operations to ensure optimal hatch results and chick quality.
- Monitor implementation of approved policies, procedures, and systems for hatchery management.
- Follow up on program execution and work plans to achieve operational, quantitative, and qualitative objectives.
- Monitor technical and production performance to ensure targets are met according to budget and operational plans.
- Track and analyze performance indicators such as hatch rate, embryonic mortality rate, and chick quality, and take corrective actions.
- Supervise implementation of biosecurity, hygiene, and disinfection standards within the hatchery.
- Prepare periodic technical and operational reports and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Manage and monitor machinery operation to ensure continuous safety.
- Lead the team, develop competencies, and promote a culture of commitment, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor maintenance team operations and chick transport logistics according to established procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Transportation, and Quality teams to ensure operational integration.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 standards.
