Overview
- Oversee and coordinate all post-process activities on the field, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise a team of field technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to optimize their effectiveness.
- Inspect completed work to verify compliance with specifications, blueprints, and industry best practices, proactively addressing any discrepancies.
- Supervise and manage all post-processing operations (Heat treatment, straightning, cutting, facing, pickling..) to ensure products meet required specifications, safety standards, and production schedules.
