Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and consultations for new and existing clients
- Evaluate clients' health goals, medical history, dietary preferences, allergies, and lifestyle factors
- Develop and recommend personalized meal plans based on individual needs
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to meal plans when necessary
- Provide ongoing nutritional coaching, education, and support
- Respond to client nutrition related questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and customer service teams to ensure meal plans are delivered accurately
- Review customer feedback and suggest menu improvements
- Maintain accurate client records and consultation notes
- Ensure all nutritional advice follows current evidence based practices and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Licensed or accredited nutrition professional (where applicable)
- Previous experience in meal plans, weight management, sports nutrition, or clinical nutrition is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and support clients in achieving long term results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
