About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Meal Plan Sales Consultant to join our team. You will contact leads, conduct consultations, recommend meal plans, and convert inquiries into customers.

Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through WhatsApp, website inquiries, social media, and walk ins
- Conduct consultations to understand customers’ health goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyle needs
- Recommend suitable meal plans and explain program benefits
- Convert inquiries into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage renewals and upgrades
- Re engage inactive customers and generate repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with nutritionists, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in meal plans, fitness, nutrition, wellness, or hospitality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport and close sales
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and phone sales
- Target oriented and self motivated
