Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day performance of an assigned portfolio of properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, acting as their primary point of contact
- Ensure properties are operated and maintained in accordance with company standards and service level agreements
- Monitor portfolio occupancy, lease renewals, tenant retention, and rental income performance
- Review property financial performance, operating expenses, rent collections, arrears, and budget variances
- Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to management and property owners
- Work closely with the Leasing team to minimize vacancies and maximize revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure prompt resolution of tenant and owner concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans for assigned properties
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in property, portfolio, or asset management within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of property operations, financial management, leasing, and client relationship management
