- Build a deep understanding of each business, including its commercial model, market positioning, customer journey, and growth drivers.
- Develop meaningful visibility across the portfolio to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging challenges.
- Evaluate performance indicators to support informed decision making.
- Assess growth performance across the portfolio and identify the underlying drivers of success or underperformance.
- Challenge assumptions and provide objective recommendations based on evidence and commercial insight.
- Support leaders in developing clear actions to improve results and accelerate growth.
- Evaluate marketing, sales, and commercial functions to identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess leadership strength and determine where additional expertise or resources may be required.
- Support the identification, recruitment, and development of exceptional commercial talent across the portfolio.
- Contribute to high impact initiatives including AI, acquisitions, automation, analytics, and new ventures.
- Act as a trusted strategic adviser, providing constructive challenge, objective analysis, and clear recommendations.
