Role overview
The Marketing Associate supports the marketing operations team for Ecolab's Life Sciences division.
The division serves pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturing.
The role acts as a liaison between marketing and R&D, supply chain, quality, regulatory, finance, and sales teams.
The position supports product portfolio efficiency across EMEA and Asia Pacific.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage the complete product information life cycle across multiple systems.
- Manage transition plans for product references.
- Work with Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to manage product information proactively.
- Provide portfolio updates and understand requirements for individual portfolios.
- Investigate regulatory, marketing, and sales requirements.
- Manage large and complex projects related to regulatory and sales activities.
- Support portfolio maintenance and new product introductions with the Senior Marketing Associate.
- Support regulatory requirements and compliance for each region.
- Optimize product portfolio management and product life cycles with the team.
