The Policy Services Supervisor oversees day-to-day policy service operations within the Commercial Enterprise Department.

This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in policy servicing while providing guidance and support to Underwriting Technicians and team leads.

This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, Madison or Appleton, WI.

No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events.

The position will be based in West Bend, WI.

• Direct and support Underwriting Technicians and team leads in completing policy service tasks.
