Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage maintenance activities for heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Diagnose mechanical faults and coordinate timely repairs
- Ensure optimum utilization and operational efficiency of PMV assets across projects
- Coordinate with site teams regarding equipment allocation and operational requirements
- Supervise workshop activities, technicians, and external service providers
- Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and equipment history
- Monitor fuel consumption, spare parts usage, and maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company safety procedures
- Conduct equipment inspections and support asset condition assessments
- Coordinate equipment mobilization and demobilization between project sites
- Support procurement in technical evaluation of machinery, spare parts, and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in PMV, heavy equipment, fleet, or construction machinery maintenance
- Strong experience in tower cranes
- Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and fleet management practices
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy machinery and workshop operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems
- Strong coordination, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
