The PMO Lead is responsible for the full ownership and execution of Post Molding Operations (PMO) on their assigned shift.
This role ensures efficient flow of material, optimal machine utilization, and effective deployment of personnel to meet production, quality, and delivery objectives.
The PMO Lead provides hands-on leadership by training and developing team members, coordinating daily schedules, and driving operator efficiency across all secondary operations.
This position is accountable for maintaining throughput, minimizing downtime and scrap, and ensuring all post-molding processes are executed in compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements.
The PMO Lead works cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Scheduling to ensure job readiness, proper staging of materials, and timely completion of work orders.
Strong floor presence, proactive problem-solving, and a sense of urgency are critical to success in this role.
Key Performance Indicators: * Zero recordable incidents * Scrap rate ≤ 2.0% * On-Time Delivery ≥ 97% * Machine Utilization: Target ≥ 80%
