Responsibilities
- Establish and implement standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Provide project managers with required tools, guidance, and support to ensure effective project execution
- Develop project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership
- Identify project risks and issues, support mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution
- Ensure project delivery remains aligned with business priorities, objectives, and agreed timelines
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting standards, and project delivery practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in PMO, project management, or project governance roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance practices
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing complex projects within technology driven environments
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Candidates currently based in GCC countries will be given priority
- Preference for experience in Telecom, Technology or Technology Service Provider environments
