Responsibilities
- Support the management of a portfolio of security related projects by maintaining consolidated view of project status, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and key decisions
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and management updates for client leadership and Accenture stakeholders
- Establish, enhance, and operate PMO processes, templates, reporting mechanisms, governance routines, and delivery standards
- Maintain project plans, integrated master schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting minutes, dependency trackers, and status reports
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, Accenture teams, third party vendors, technology teams, risk teams, compliance teams, and business representatives
- Prepare clear, concise, and executive ready reports covering portfolio health, project progress, key risks, issues, decisions required, milestones, and upcoming activities
- Maintain and monitor RAID logs across projects and the overall portfolio
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio management, program coordination, or management consulting
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance, reporting, planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience preparing executive level reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI PBA, Agile, Scrum Master, MSP, MoP, or P3O preferred

Role Overview
- Role: PMO & Portfolio Management Consultant
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Client: Large banking client in Saudi Arabia
- Focus: Establishing and operating effective project and portfolio management practices across a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, delivery teams, and business functions.
- Cybersecurity expertise not required; experience managing technology, transformation, risk, compliance, or security related projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Support management of a portfolio of security related projects; maintain consolidated view of project status, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and key decisions.
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and management updates.
- Track portfolio performance against agreed objectives, milestones, delivery plans, and expected benefits.
- Identify cross project dependencies, conflicts, capacity constraints, delivery risks, and escalation items.
- Support portfolio prioritization discussions with accurate project data and impact analysis.
- Ensure portfolio governance forums are properly structured, documented, and supported with accurate materials.
- PMO Governance and Control: Establish, enhance, and operate PMO processes, templates, reporting mechanisms, governance routines, and delivery standards.
- Maintain project plans, integrated master schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting minutes, dependency trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress against scope, timeline, cost, quality, risks, and deliverables.
- Support project managers and workstream leads in maintaining consistent project management discipline.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, structured, version controlled, and aligned with client and Accenture expectations.
- Prepare materials for steering committees, working groups, executive updates, and project governance meetings.
Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio management, program coordination, or management consulting.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, technology transformation, risk, compliance, operations, or security related programs preferred.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance, reporting, planning, risk management, issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience supporting large scale programs or portfolios involving multiple projects, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced client environment.
- Strong experience preparing executive level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Ability to work on AI tools to build PMO tools.
Required Skills

- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to create structured dashboards, trackers, plans, and executive reports.
- Good understanding of portfolio governance, project controls, RAID management, dependency management, and milestone tracking.

- Ability to work with ambiguity and structure complex information.
- Professional consulting mindset and client facing presence.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI PBA, Agile, Scrum Master, MSP, MoP, or P3O preferred.
- Experience in banking or financial services environments in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Experience with portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Clarity, ServiceNow SPM, Planview, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in consulting or working with large enterprise clients is an advantage.
