- Establish, manage, and continuously improve the Project Management Office (PMO) framework
- Develop and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes
- Monitor project portfolios, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Provide project reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management
- Support project managers in planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives
- Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and business priorities
- Lead portfolio management, project prioritization, and resource optimization activities
- Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and project review processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience in PMO management, project portfolio management, or senior project management roles
- Strong knowledge of project governance, PMO frameworks, and project management methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI PgMP, PMI PMOCP, or equivalent certification highly preferred
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Primavera
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple large scale projects and strategic programs simultaneously

- We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized PMO Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.
