- Develop and implement business excellence frameworks, strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead process optimization, operational excellence, and performance improvement programs
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and business transformation projects across the organization
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to standardize processes and best practices
- Conduct business assessments, audits, and benchmarking studies
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in business excellence, operational excellence, process improvement, or performance management roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Management methodologies
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt are highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives is an advantage

Position Overview
- We are currently seeking an experienced and results driven Business Excellence Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.
