About the Role

- Monitor the progress of electromechanical projects and ensure alignment with project plans
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards
- Track project budgets, costs, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Support project planning, documentation, and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and quality standards
- Prepare management reports and project status updates
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project coordination within electromechanical projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- PMP certification is preferred
