- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) across the organization
- Establish project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of strategic and operational projects
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into actionable programs
- Manage a portfolio of projects across retail operations, e commerce, supply chain, commercial, technology, and support functions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, presentations, and performance metrics for senior leadership
- Facilitate executive steering committees, project review meetings, and governance forums
- Drive cross functional collaboration and ensure alignment between business units and project teams
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation programs
Requirements
- Experience leading a Project Management Office (PMO) in a retail or similar environment
- Expertise in project governance, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects across retail operations, e commerce, supply chain, technology, and support functions
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation
