Responsibilities
- Establish, lead, and continuously improve the enterprise PMO framework, governance model, delivery methodology, and reporting standards.
- Manage the organization's portfolio of strategic projects across operations, customer service, technology, finance, and shared services.
- Oversee planning and execution of business transformation, digitalization, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to prioritize projects based on strategic value, business impact, risk, and resource availability.
- Develop executive level dashboards, portfolio reports, and performance updates for the CEO and Executive Committee.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure timely mitigation and resolution.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, approvals, and reporting are aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promote PMO best practices, including Agile, waterfall, hybrid delivery models, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Lead, coach, and develop project managers and PMO team members to build delivery capability across the organization.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, and change management across business functions.
- Track project benefits, outcomes, and lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
Requirements
- 12 15 years of experience in PMO or project management
- Experience in government services or process facilitation sector
- Proven leadership in establishing and improving PMO frameworks
- Experience managing enterprise wide strategic projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

Role Overview
- The PMO Director will lead the Project Management Office to drive the successful delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives.
