- Develop and refine PMO operating models, governance frameworks, and processes
- Establish and maintain Project Portfolio Management (PPM) methodologies, standards, and templates
- Build performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for project health, delivery velocity, and resource utilisation
- Perform maturity assessments (e.g., P3M3) and diagnostic reviews of existing PMO functions, governance, and portfolio health
- Architect fit for purpose PMO frameworks, including governance, processes, tools, and roles
- Work closely with business leaders, sales teams, and project managers to ensure a unified delivery approach
- Facilitate workshops, training, and onboarding sessions for PMO processes and tools
- Drive organisational adoption of PMO frameworks through communication and change management strategies
Requirements
- Expert level PMO consulting experience
- Ability to diagnose delivery challenges and provide strategic guidance
- Experience in developing PMO operating models, governance frameworks, and processes
- Experience in establishing PPM methodologies, standards, and templates
- Ability to build performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
- Experience conducting maturity assessments (e.g., P3M3) and diagnostic reviews
- Ability to design fit for purpose PMO frameworks
- Strong stakeholder alignment skills
- Experience facilitating workshops, training, and onboarding sessions

Overview
- We are seeking an expert level PMO Consultant to join our growing practice. You will diagnose delivery challenges, provide strategic guidance, and architect sustainable PMO solutions that enhance governance, execution excellence, and business value realisation.
As a Senior Expert, You Will Do
- Developing PMO Strategy & Governance: Develop and refine PMO operating models, governance frameworks, and processes. Establish and maintain Project Portfolio Management (PPM) methodologies, standards, and templates.
- Driving Portfolio Performance: Build performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for project health, delivery velocity, and resource utilisation.
- Conducting In Depth Assessments: Perform maturity assessments (e.g., P3M3) and diagnostic reviews of existing PMO functions, governance, and portfolio health.
- Designing Target Operating Models: Architect fit for purpose PMO frameworks, including governance, processes, tools, and roles tailored to our culture and strategic goals.
- Aligning Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, sales teams, and project managers to ensure a unified delivery approach.
- Enabling Capability Development: Facilitate workshops, training, and onboarding sessions for PMO processes and tools.
- Driving Organisational Change: Drive organisational adoption of PMO frameworks through communication and change management strategies.
