- Reporting to Human Resources Head.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR operations optimization strategies aligned with long term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Oversee development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision making.
Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary disbursement, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee processing of work visas and IQAMAs, ensuring compliance with KSA immigration laws.
- Implement efficient channels for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate HR related risks.
