Job Summary

  • Lead and optimize HR operations comprehensively, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment with VERSOS objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting to Human Resources Head.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR operations optimization strategies aligned with long term business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations, leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Oversee development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision making.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary disbursement, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain comprehensive payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Oversee processing of work visas and IQAMAs, ensuring compliance with KSA immigration laws.
  • Implement efficient channels for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate HR related risks.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to monitor compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain HR operational dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure all employees are informed and trained on policy changes.
  • Oversee management of outsourcing and third party manpower providers.
  • Coordinate integration of HR technology solutions.

People Management

  • Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
