FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a PMO Analyst to work for our client within the Financial Services / Insurance sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension and will be a hybrid role based in Cheshire
Our client is seeking a PMO Analyst to support high-value and complex portfolios, programmes, and projects. The successful candidate will work closely with PMO Leads and Programme Managers to provide governance, reporting, resource planning, risk management, and portfolio oversight. You will play a key role in ensuring stakeholders have the visibility and insights required for informed decision-making while maintaining adherence to established project delivery methodologies and controls.

About The Role

Our client is seeking a PMO Analyst to support high-value and complex portfolios, programmes, and projects. The successful candidate will work closely with PMO Leads and Programme Managers to provide governance, reporting, resource planning, risk management, and portfolio oversight. You will play a key role in ensuring stakeholders have the visibility and insights required for informed decision-making while maintaining adherence to established project delivery methodologies and controls.
Responsibilities:
- Support PMO Leads and Programme Managers across portfolios, programmes, and projects, ensuring governance standards are maintained.
- Produce dashboards, governance packs, reports, and portfolio-level insights for stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain programme and project documentation, including schedules, resource plans, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions (RAID).
