Role Overview
JASARA PMC is seeking a PMIS Manager to strengthen project management capabilities.
The role oversees the development and optimization of project management information systems across multiple projects.
The position supports informed decision-making and operational excellence through stakeholder communication and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMIS implementation and management across multiple projects.
- Define requirements, configure the system, and integrate it with existing processes.
- Analyze data and generate reports for progress tracking and performance measurement.
- Deliver user training and create documentation for PMIS tools.
- Evaluate and recommend system enhancements based on feedback and changing project needs.
- Maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and security under company policies and industry regulations.
- Track technology advancements and industry trends to keep the PMIS up to date.
- Collaborate with IT on system integration and risk mitigation.
- Manage external PMIS vendor relationships and service agreement fulfillment.
