Role Overview
ViTO is seeking an experienced PMD/PMO Manager to support continued growth in the UAE.
The role is based in the Abu Dhabi office and involves coordination of EPC projects and regular project-site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor EPC projects from the Abu Dhabi office.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, project progress, and management reporting.
- Support project planning, reporting, documentation, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance.
- Coordinate communication between headquarters and site teams and conduct regular project-site visits.
- Maintain centralized project records and support close-out and lessons-learned activities.
- Support bid and proposal preparation for new projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- PMP certification is essential.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at $100 million or more.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in petrochemical or energy-sector projects is preferred.
- Primavera or Microsoft Project experience is preferred.
