About the Role
Amazon's Supply Chain team is seeking a Program Manager to own strategic and tactical cross-functional operations projects for Trans Topology Planning. The role involves capacity planning, data analysis, and driving execution of critical projects.

- Own the Trans capacity planning charter inclusive of stations/sort center capacity management and metric reporting
- Accumulate data from different sources, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, build action plan and drive execution
- Support Trans Operations team across AMET with capacity analysis and drive capacity execution with supply chain stakeholders
- Foresee implications based on projected capacity requirement vs available AMZL capacity and come up with innovative storage solutions
- Regularly audit sites for operational conformance, norms of capacity planning and standard operating practices
- Work with engineering design and Station/Sort Center launch project team to ensure design inputs are considered
- Drive execution of critical capacity planning projects to enhance network capacity and optimize bin slotting changes
- Drive special projects for the region to meet business goals (e.g., low cost storage, new SSD launches, pop up EDSP launches, implementation of regional distribution centers)
- Problem solve with a high degree of ambiguity and operating in a rapidly evolving and changing landscape
- Collaborate and influence team members, work with internal and external stakeholders, and present projects to senior leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
