- Facilitate workgroups to deliver defined goals and outcomes
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project schedules with business priorities
- Identify, assess, and document project risks and issues proactively
- Establish clear communication channels between project teams, business units, and vendors
- Support planning and implementation of organizational change associated with project delivery
- Track project KPIs and performance against defined objectives
- Assess current and future resource needs for project delivery across the corporate portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or relevant field
- 3 years of relevant experience

- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the corporate applications and technology domain. Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
- Facilitates workgroups to deliver defined goals and outcomes.
- Provides support, guidance, and suggestions to workgroups and teams to learn collaborative problem solving and improve their team performance.
- Creates shared responsibilities and sustainable agreements with the team.
- Implements and improves agreed team principles, practices, processes & ceremonies.
- Recognizes and works with the strengths and constraints of team dynamics.
- Develops comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to align project schedules with business priorities.
- Continuously monitors and updates project plans to reflect changes and risks.
- Ensures resource availability and optimal allocation across projects.
- Identifies, assesses, and documents project risks and issues proactively.
- Develops mitigation and contingency plans in collaboration with project teams.
- Monitors risk triggers and implements escalation procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or relevant field
- 3 years of relevant experience is required
