PM Bistro Attendant / Bartender

The Courtyard by Marriott, situated on CMU’s campus, is seeking an evening Bistro Attendant/Bartender to assist with bar and dining services at their on-site restaurant, The Bistro.

Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality bar/restaurant services.

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction

• Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
• PM service includes tending bar, mixing drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Prepare and present food to guests’ expectations
• Safe food handling

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, stand for long periods of time, ability to walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
