Overview
- Supervise installation of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sanitary systems
- Ensure work is performed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Monitor daily activities and resolve technical issues on site
- Lead plumbers, pipefitters, and helpers
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and civil teams to avoid clashes
- Attend coordination and progress meetings with engineers and project managers
- Ensure smooth integration of plumbing systems with overall MEP works
- Enforce HSE policies and safe working practices
- Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and local regulations
- Plan daily and weekly work activities
- Coordinate material requests, delivery, and storage
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and manpower
- Inspect installation work to ensure quality standards
- Maintain daily progress reports and manpower records
