- Supervise daily HVAC work activities at job sites
- Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians and helpers
- Plan and assign tasks based on project requirements and timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment, controls)
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with standards and codes
- Inspect completed work and troubleshoot system issues
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory on site
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure use of PPE
- Prepare daily progress reports and documentation
