Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to supervise and coordinate plumbing installation and maintenance activities at project sites.
The role requires practical knowledge of plumbing systems and proven experience managing site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.
- Lead and coordinate plumbers and helpers on site.
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure work meets project requirements and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other MEP teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and manpower requirements.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain quality standards and HSE compliance.
- Identify and resolve site-related plumbing issues.
- Prepare daily work and progress reports.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in plumbing works.
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
- Good knowledge of domestic water supply, drainage, sewerage, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings.
- Strong leadership, team-management, communication, and coordination skills.
