Role Overview
Oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites.
Provide technical supervision and manage HVAC teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning works.
- Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians and workers on site.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor daily progress and coordinate with engineers and other site teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate manpower requirements.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in HVAC works, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor in construction or MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and specifications.
- Good team leadership and communication skills.
- Qatar or GCC project experience is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 1,723.44 to QAR 13,140.76 per month.
Work Location
- The position is performed in person at project sites.
