Role Overview
Receptionist role at a kids' play area in Gate Avenue 4, DIFC, Dubai.
The role is the first point of contact for parents and visitors and focuses on welcoming guests, smooth check-in, and customer service.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person at the play area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome children and parents in a warm, professional manner.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Process cash, card, and online booking payments accurately.
- Explain play packages, memberships, promotions, and party options.
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries and manage social media messages.
- Manage party bookings and reservations.
- Maintain daily attendance and sales records.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Support the team during busy hours and events.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
