Role Overview
Work on a contract basis as a Computer Systems Analyst for one of the employer's clients.
Evaluate and optimize computer systems and infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
The position contributes to critical IT infrastructure and supports a distributed workforce with flexible remote work arrangements.
Location
- The position is remote and allows work from anywhere.
Compensation
- The payout is 66 to 129 US dollars per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing computer systems and networks to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system upgrades or modifications.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and training.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on system usage and best practices.
