Platform System Engineer

Administer, support, and enhance Jira Data Center, Confluence Data Center, and Atlassian Crowd environments on Linux platforms.

Design, manage, and optimize Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and collaboration frameworks.

Perform platform upgrades, patching, migrations, capacity planning, and health checks to ensure platform stability and performance.

Support Agile teams by enhancing Jira boards, workflow efficiencies, reporting, and dashboard capabilities.

Provide L2/L3 support, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem management in accordance with ITIL practices.
